We've discovered a product which we're very excited about! It's a computer program that you control with your mind! By connecting three of your fingers to biofeedback sensors, you can actually navigate through amazing 3-D worlds and perform different tasks, using your breath and meditation skills. It was tested at YMAA extensively and they are blown away by the program's accuracy.
The sensors on your fingers read your biofeedback, and you progress through the game by raising or lowering your energy. Along the way you run into various teachers who guide you through performing different skills, like shooting arrows at a target, stacking rocks, and juggling - all with your mind! It is very fun and rewarding, and we found the program itself to be an excellent teacher.
If your mind loses focus or relaxation for a moment, the game goes kablooey. Its amazing! Its great way for you to test and refine your skills, using the meditation and breathing techniques you've trained over the years! We're glad that technology is finally being used in this way, to help people learn to relax deeply and develop the mind/body connection. |
